The room was quite roomy! It was well-appointed. I found everything needed for my short stay. The location was also ideal. I appreciate the staff's politeness and helpfulness.
The EV chargers were not great! They have not received any upgrades. It was difficult to park close to them. When the place was busy! My room felt very cold. Despite it being refurbished this time. Only one radiator warmed the very large space.

wonderful stay!

the sofas in the lounge were comfy. breakfast was great (especially the pastries!). the service was always friendly and helpful. i also enjoyed the spa facilities a lot, including the pool and sauna.
I noticed that some areas could benefit from a slight refresh. This is a very minor point though.

the grounds are very well maintained. the hotel's architecture provides a beautiful backdrop, especially around the manor house. i found the surroundings peaceful.

staff were always polite and willing to help with any request. the breakfast team, including ursula, ensured a smooth and satisfying experience. pippa offered fantastic support around the tennis courts.

the dining options are superb. the fox dining room's spanish set menu offered generous portions and delicious flavors. café flo quickly arranged a fruit selection for our training team.

our room, recently refurbished, offered ample space and great decor, including all necessary amenities. the toiletries provided were from proverb. i appreciated the milk bottle for hot drinks (a nice touch!).
